BelliSlimo and BelliSlimo Dry Cloud 5 + 2 years warranty
What is the Extended Warranty?The Extended Warranty on the water tank provides an extension of warranty coverage of two years beyond the standard warranty period. It is only available on certain products and under certain conditions.How does it work?Warranty extension is free and applies to BelliSlimo Classic and BelliSlimo Dry Cloud electric water heaters after registering the appliance in tesywarranty.com.Now, any BelliSlimo and BelliSlimo Dry Cloud electric water heater purchased between ………… and …………… comes with an additional 2- year warranty of the water tank in addition to the standard 5 years warranty. The additional 2-year warranty is activated only after online registration of the purchased product in the TESY warranty system within 30 days from the date of purchase. Up to 30 days before the fifth year from the purchase date, a preventive maintenance has to be executed, consisting in a tank cleaning and anodes replacement, in order the additional warranty to be valid. This intervention is customer paid and registered by the service center on the last page of the warranty card. The additional 2-year warranty of the tank is valid upon providing the original warranty card with the maintenance registered by TESY service provider on the last page of the warranty card, a receipt from the purchase and the extended warranty certificate.
